Coaching is a partnership in which one human being supports and holds the highest intention of possibility for another human being, without necessarily having to excel in their client’s arena themselves.

It is a partnership between you and your coach, in which your coach supports you to realize your full creative potential; to be resourceful, insightful, clear, and awake.  He/she will instruct you in how to embody that potential in increasingly effective ways in every area of  your personal and professional life.

There are a number of different types of coaches:  Transformation coach, Well-being coach, Transition Coach, Life coach, Executive coach, Business coach, Awareness coach, Structural Consulting etc.

Coaching is a method of directing, instructing and training a person or group of people, with the aim to achieve some goal or develop specific skills to create change.  There are many ways to coach, types of coaching and methods of coaching.  Coaching focuses on effecting change in a client’s current and future behavior.  Coaching does not delve into diagnosing mental illness or dysfunction.

Life Coaching is a practice with the aim of helping clients determine and achieve personal goals.  Life coaches use multiple methods, that help clients with the process of setting and reaching desired end results.

Business Coaching is the practice of providing support and occasional advice to an individual or group, in order to help them recognize ways in which, they can improve the effectiveness of their business.  Business coaches work to improve leadership, employee accountability, conflict, teamwork, communication, goal setting, creation, and more.  Business coaches are often called in, when a business is perceived to be performing badly; however many businesses recognize the benefits of business coaching even when the organization is successful.  Business coaches, often help businesses grow, by creating and following a structured, strategic plan to achieve agreed upon goals.

Conflict Coaching may be used in an organizational context, for marriage and other relationship matters, and is one of many conflict management tools for helping people improve their conflict management skills and abilities.  Like many other techniques of this nature, it is predicated on the view that conflict provides an opportunity to improve relationships, to create mutually satisfactory solutions and attain other positive outcomes, when differences and difficulties arise between and among people.

Transformational Coaching incorporates many modalities available in meeting the needs of the client, from business best practices and practices,  that increase awareness and success in transforming one’s life.  The new millennium has brought massive life shifts for many people, creating a need for redefining their lives.  People in transition often want to address deeper convictions about what they want out of life; often they want more self- awareness and self-improvement.  A transformational coach aims to bring together and highlight all the possibilities that will help mold and shape the visioning process for clients as they create a plan and execute the daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and future details.
